Vanilla Frosting by Zero Gravity Cannabis

So you like it on cake, but as flower?

It’s f*cking FIRE as flower.

How we doin’ y’all! It’s pouring out in Vacationland but that is okay, cause we needed it. Bad. It’s been so damn dry here, it’s starting to look like Wellness Connection flower (oooh)!

Today for a review I’ve got some Vanilla Frosting coming in from Zero Gravity Cannabis. This strain reads as a more indica dominant flower with some creamy vanilla notes, but here’s what I gathered:

Vanilla Frosting was originally bred by famous Humboldt Seed Company in California. She is mix of Frost OG & Gelato BX3, both being HSC originals. Cultivated by Saco based Zero Gravity, I found this baby to be more leaning on the 50/50 side for me. When I smoked VF at night, I had a great nights sleep, however, when I smoked her during the day, she actually gave me a solid boost of energy without making me feel really tired. I always appreciate strains that can go both ways.

So the VF looks killer and has awesome effects, but does she taste like vanilla!?

Sadly, no. No tastes or aromas of vanilla herself, but I did pick up on some heavy pepper, herb, and spice on the nose of the flower. Totally the opposite of vanilla but hey that’s okay! For taste, definitely spicy and gassy. She is a little more harsh than I had anticipated, leaving that smoke taste lingering.

The looks and effects are what took it home for me today. The high is just what I need for either errands during the day or for a good night’s sleep, while also providing that super sexy bag appeal. VF is earning a 8/10 from me today as the flavors weren’t quite there, but certainly everything else was!
