Today we are breaking out the ‘ol metal nectar collector, and we’re doing some dabs. I have some GMO shatter that I haven’t even TRIED! I purchased this gram back in October from the lovely Live Caregivers. They specialize on the concentrated side of things, and are very kind people! They even have their own line of various vape cartridges. How is the shatter though? Well, shit. Let’s figure it out.

Y’all like gold glass?
GMO I have reviewed before, but will happily brief her again: Garlic Cookies, another name for our strain, is a cross of Chemdog & Girl Scout Cookies, two other very famous strains I may add. Garlic Mushroom Onion is going to lean on your indica side of things, but won’t necessarily put you to bed. She will relieve your physical pain, and relax your mind as well. GMO is easily one of the FUNKIEST and RANK smelling strains I’ve personally run into, and I’m so in love with her for it. Think a nice petroleum mixed with earth and citrus. Yeah baby.
Okay, enough with the info, let’s get to trying!
Shatter is a little tricky to dab with a nectar collecter, but nothing stops ya girl and she will be going right off the transparent parchment like a savage. Cheers!
We appreciate clear shatter in this house
The aromas on this particular GMO are subtle, but I can pick up on more citrus than skunk today. I did notice a little herbaciousness, but no petrol. You can see she had a beautiful golden tone, which is my ideal looking shatter. I can also appreciate that this isn’t a super glassy shatter with bits and pieces all over the parchment. Just essentially those bigger pieces, and a couple smaller pieces. Nothing I’m worried about falling off the paper and never finding again.
The taste, more-so on the citrus side again. I like this! It’s different from the GMO I’m used to which is skunky, and still probably my ideal way, but having a new flavor for the same strain ain’t so bad y’all.
Our effects, most definitely a heavier indica leaner. The first dab I had, I coughed like a bitch. However, the exhale was a nice thicker cloud, which gives me heavier smoke vibes. Me likey. My eye took the beating first, as I could almost instantly feel them lower a tad. I feel like the more you smoke, the more high you get (well duh, but like you know what I mean). This GMO gave me a clear head and continued to uplift my mood, but prominent pains have ceased. I really really like this gram!
A subtle smelling GMO
I would definitely use this particular Garlic Cookies for a post-work, after dinner, nighttime relax sesh. This is the kind of strain that could you put you to bed, if you let her. I think I’m gonna let her.
Overall, today Live Caregiver’s GMO shatter is going to get an 8/10. I really loved the way she felt, and the effects are what definitely make up most of the rating I’ve given. However, I do like a funky GMO! It may just be a personal preference, but honestly if you can’t take the rankness or find that just too offensive, I would highly recommend this easier-on-the-nose GMO. She still pulled through with ideal GMO effects, so ya girl is walking away happy today.
